This very day and age the wicked how they survive
Good souls are considered the poorest upon earth..
Our planet home is now almost skin and bone
As the wealthy rape it for as good as all it's worth..
Values principles integrities academically changed
Reworded meanings now fill dictionaries instead..
Love thy neighbour today being more of a joke
Endless older thinking attitudes all but put to bed..
Governments now afraid now of upsetting another
Rights and wrongs of yesterday almost washed away..
Hypocrites now rule thinking their God all but a fool
With as if playing a part while at the same time pray..
This planet has been wiped clean so many times before
A new class within it's mighty school of it's learning..
Without holier wealthiest thou aware of it's a vow
That their very own candle of righteousness is burning..
