“Who You Are”
Believing, Believing,
but nowhere to go.
In search of an answer,
but times moving slow.
Forgetting, Forgetting,
is so hard you know.
The pain of the past,
sometimes just won't let go.
“ So you climb inside a bottle,
and drink all alone.
Nobody to talk to,
no place to call your home.
Your running from shadows,
while searching for stars.
Why can't you find out,
who you are. “
Tomorrow, Tomorrow,
is so far away.
You live for the moment,
the moments today.
I've tried, Oh I've tried,
Lord you know that I do.
I push and I push,
Still I just can't get through.
