Greatness i know, will find me
it already has, eIght times as when, i became a FATHER, to be
I may not be alot of things, of FAME, WEALTH, and GREAT
but i know, i am very proud to BE a FATHER, as my life, living, and love FATE
Greatness, i had always, hoped and dreamed of to find ME
but i feel, finally, i see and know greatness, is already within ME, all around ME, and in ME, the greatness in ME, my GOD, truely KNOWS, and HEAVENLY--SEES
I may never get an award, and stand on center stage
but i will continue, to write my poems of my life, living, and love, word by word, heart to heart, page by page
I may never stand over home plate, in the world series and hit the winning, grand slam HOME-RUN
but i will do the very best, that i can, in every thing i do, and give my all, with every goal, second to none
If you practice what you live and PREACH
eventually all others, through your life, living, and love with mercy grace, understanding, and forgiveness you will teach, and them you will REACH
greatness will find ME
and i have always hoped, and dreamed, of greatness you SEE
I feel the greatness deep within me, of ALL, my children of EIGHT, great and bright as SUNSHINE
constantly, they ALL, stay in my HEART, and on my MIND
Until my LAST, BREATH everyone of them, i strive to hold close together, and keep in line, and set the example, how to be loving forgiving compassionate and KIND
