Drum Beating

Drum Beating

When will you beat the drum?
Whispered in my ears the dream
I was being rocked in the cradle
Not did I know of life-the riddle
When I stood on my legs ,I realized
Wand like sticks I need
So also I develop skills rhythmic
And naked children dance to the tunes sonic
I have sticks hard earned
Gotten in combed jungles of time
And children naked with chime
I wish I could make melodious hit
But in empty sky I find no drum to beat
Drum beating still remains a dream
Time! Will you wait for me along with the stream?
