I need to get in touch, with my best boyhood--and life long best, best, TRUSTING, and LOVING, --TRUE--FRIEND
I called him up earlier, and a message, to his phone, i did--SEND

So i look forward, to speaking again to best friend----DUFF Just to hear his voice, his laugh, as we talk, about EVERYTHING, and ANYTHING, and all of the--STUFF

So i thought to myself, that i wasnt going to reach out and get in touch with DUFF
Not until, i was my best of my best, in great shape, lean and--TOUGH

But i am anxious, and looking forward,to speaking to him, and hearing and feeling, his BEAUTIFUL--LOVING--HEART--and--VOICE
Because i need a PICK--ME--UP--and i will feel, so --GREAT--, talking to duff, with STRENGTH--MOTIVATION--HAPPINESS--and--REJOICE
