If you were ever hurt, betrayed, shamed, and--DISGRACED
Never let any other, feel that bitter, hurt, rejection, or --DIS-TASTE
All others, be very, very, quick to compliment, when and where ever that you can
Do your very best, to help inspire, and encourage, anyone, everyone, just where ever that you stand
It took for me to be---VERY----VERY--DEEPLY---DEEPLY--shattered, devastated, and--HURT
Before---as---NOW---this---very---BREATH---that---i---take---i---know---and---I---REALIZE---just---HOW---MUCH---I---AM---REALLY----WORTH
