This was before I became a faceless feather
Hide and seek
Perverts were the ones hiding
Back when the Northwest was God's country
Black lives mattered
Bobby Brown was black so was Almina
Yamada was Japanese
Ivan was Russian
We were all Americans
All lives matter
What made us so faceless
It was gangs
The dirty old man roaming about
Released from jail the moment they were caught
Back in the day the neighborhood men took care of them
The gang were athletes
Drugees were what they are doopers
Society shunned the doopers and groppers
Today your kids can't play outside safely
This week alone in Seattle
Man shot and killed in front of his home
Drug deal gone bad
Crazy kid 22 driving on Meth thinking in movie, "Fast and furious!"
Wrecks fifteen cars his car is given a warrant
Police Officer killed in domestic call
And all this happened in the same day in Seattle
Our lovely press pushing making drugs legal
Yes drugs, and been called to the same house many times
What happened to the day the innocents had rights
Free overdoses for drug addicts
Too many in jail overcrowded
There are not enough in jail
Build the Prison in the dessert
No complaining about needing blankets
The feather speaks
Let the bad guys be the ones playing hide and seek
And when found no repeats
