Your mind must remain clear, And ready for action; Your confidence is near, To heavenly passion. Place all your confidence, In the kindness of God; Which is your best defense, From evil that is flawed. Jesus Christ will appear, Again extremely soon; You know the time is near, When seeing the blood moon. As children who obey, Live not as in the past; When you had gone astray, Causing God to downcast. You lived to satisfy, Of your own desires; As you would just defy, What Jesus requires. But because God called you, You keep a holy life; To be faithful and true, As you endure the strife. For the Lord is holy, Since God is your Father; As your One and only, Which makes Christ your Brother. As we sojourn on earth, We keep living in fear; And through a second birth, We know that God is near. God judges all people, By all what they have done; Stating in the Gospel, Defended by the Son. You have not been set free, Having a worthless life; Without payment to be, Filled with toils and strife.
