Affectionate   Dove

Affectionate Dove

Desires are not always bad
They end up sometimes with notes glad
When I saw you bare foot
In my heart desire did root
I was thinking of your footwear
Discovered I, that special smile you wear
Your smile used to get blurred in air
But for its abode you found my heart fair
On the path walking mile by mile
I always cherished within me your smile
I wondered, inside unaware of me
The desire turned into love
It was not a greedy owl
But an affectionate dove
