Precious Gem
Precious Gem
Oh! Fruit eaters please mind
That man laid to rest in a grave
Who planted this tree
There is another lying on death bed
Who nurtured this tree
In merry making ‘gratitude' disappeared
The precious gem of the heart
There isn't any yardstick to gauge that gem, but
Ask that gem to go to the grave
And glitter the graveyard
Also ask it to go to the deathbed
To offer him ruby like apples red
Oh! Fruit eaters please mind
That man laid to rest in a grave
Who planted this tree
There is another lying on death bed
Who nurtured this tree
In merry making ‘gratitude' disappeared
The precious gem of the heart
There isn't any yardstick to gauge that gem, but
Ask that gem to go to the grave
And glitter the graveyard
Also ask it to go to the deathbed
To offer him ruby like apples red
