An Art of  Prayer

An Art of Prayer

My emotions flowing like placid Steady River
Contented heart thankful to the Giver,
A surge of desire came with sudden force
Disturbed it a lot their entire course,
Pregnant desires! Deliver they must
Forthwith they delivered premature lust,
Premature lust grew into a formidable tide
Wicked crest and trough their intention malafide,
The heart once contented became voracious
Slowly I was caught in the cycle vicious,
I called Almighty for help with mind anxious
He sympathetically sent me a gift precious,
Oh! The gift from the omnipotent creator
It was nothing but “An Art of Prayer”
