 Here Again
You came to life and shared a time
Though brief it seemed again once mine
The sentiment that warmed my soul
Was once again much mine to hold

You wore that dress the sun shined through
Of colors spring, pastels ran through
Across fabric I still remember
A better time, a past September

I think of you now and again
Here were words shared to no end
Became the likes of us that would succumb
To tears we shared and heart now numb

Here again if just in thought
These words scramble past what is naught
To play again on heart strings yours
For time was good test it's endured

Here again just press your finger
Against the screen where love still lingers
If just in words with eyes yours closed
Breathe of me now as mine well chose

Here again, when all was right
