Poetic-Verses

'' I'm Afraid To Reveal ''

Am I really you,
Or could you be I,
Who would I sue,
If you spat in my eye.

Many faces has he,
Has he many faces?
Could he be a she?
As they hide all traces?

Do they even know,
Who knows do they?
They're scared to show,
So, who can say.

I could well be me,
Me? Yes, I could,
Though I can't agree,
There are some who would.

What is there to hide,
Would I hide it there?
I know I am snide,
But I don't really care.

I'll be pointing the finger,
That finger I'm pointing,
On you it may linger,
It's my form of anointing.

I love passing the buck,
The buck I love passing,
It's not down to luck,
These names I'm amassing.

Of my being I'm scared,
I'm scared of my being,
When trouble has flared,
Yes, I'll be fleeing.

I feel no shame,
No shame do I feel,
What's my real name?
