 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

poetryofadove

My complaint is bitter today,
It is hard to control my sighs;
Although I do trust and obey,
My questions do not find the whys.

My strokes heavier than the moans,
Only if I knew where was God;
Because of my heart and mind groans,
Since temptation made me not flawed.

I would want to go where He lives,
So that I could present my case;
If anything wrong He forgives,
So His blessings can give me grace.

I have been full of arguments,
To hear His response unto me;
With reflecting His testaments,
For the insight so I can see.

I look for things that He would say,
To hide behind sound maneuvers;
Eradicate shades of gray,
That circulates all the rumors.

He would certainly press charges,
But would never be giving heed;
An investigation enlarges,
So that His judgment will succeed.

If I go east, He is not there,
If I go west, I cannot find;
I really have no idea where,
He might be and I must be blind.

If I go north, let me behold,
If I go south, I cannot see;
Day by day as life does unfold,
I feel as though I am not free.

He knows the road, in which I take,
When He tests me if I am bold;
Checking to see if I forsake,
Or if I turn as pure as gold.

I have followed in His footprint,
While staying within His path;
If He could at least give a hint,
How I can be spared from His wrath.
