Beauty Is An Awesome Spirit
Beauty is an awesome spirit
Beauty itself is an awesome spirit
It always establishes its merit
When it displays itself as colorful flower
Eyes of the beholder climb aesthetic tower
When it flows as babbling brook
It brings liveliness to the Nature's book
When it sinks as the setting sun in the west
It gives twilight, nay, golden goodbye kiss best
When it rises in the sky as tender moon
All love birds flutter their wings to enjoy cosmic boon
When it appears as a portrait drawn by an artist
With ecstasy it vows its tryst
When it takes shape as a sculpture
Ornamental quests it does nurture
When it whispers in sensitive ears as music
It is the melodious solace to the mind sick
When it runs on paper as a poem
Embrace of figures of speech is its aim
When it dances gladly in life's field
With pearl like grains it reaps glittering yield
