As -I'm- kinda -FEELING, -exhausted, -and---a little--WEAK
So-- i --really --don't --know,--how --much --longer-- that-- i --will---LAST
On --my ---MISSION--QUEST--,GOAL--and--PLAN----of--weight --loss----challenge---and----TASK
So,--is --the-- END-- in---SIGHT
Am,--- i----gonna---- end--- this ---JOURNEY---STRUGGLE----CHALLENGE---, and------FIGHT
So --really, --NEVER---- do --i ---LOOK-- too --FAR----AHEAD
Because --to -,---falter,---fail, ---and---FALL--SHORT----is ---what --i ---REALLY--REALLY---DREAD
I --know, --my --GOALS--, in --my --HEART-- and---MIND
And --as --of --yet, ----i --have-- not,-- met.-- all --of--my --goals --of --every--KIND
So --as,-- now,-- when-- im --FEELING-- a --LITTLE--OFF --DOWN-- and----LOW
I ----just---- GOTTA--- REST---, NOW----STOP----DROP----and----ROLL
I --know-- my --mission,-- quest-- and --GOAL
Has--been --taking --on --my --heart--mind--and--body,--a--HEAVY--TOLL
But-- i --know,-- the --sacrifices, --behind--me--and--what--i--have--accomplished--and---ALL--that i--have--DONE
Just--as--i--know--And--understand--the--challenges--and--sacrifices--that--are--ahead--of--me--and--still--ahead--with--a--long---long--long---hard---RUN
Any--- weight--- loss----challenge ----of ---ten ----pounds--- or ---of---hundreds--- and ---hundreds----MORE-
Is--a--struggle--and--CHALLENGE--fo--SURE
Those-- who --are --fighting--and---trying--to--healthily--change--and--rearrange---to ---QUIT,--a--BAD--VICE--and--HABIT-- of ---SMOKE-- DRUGS--or--DRINK
Just, --gotta --pace --it --out, --REST, --RELAX, --PRAY, --and, --WRITE----as--it--HELPS--ME-----to, FIGHT-- the--GOOD--- FIGHT---so --YOU---wont-- FALL--FALTER--FAIL---QUIT---and--SINK
