Poetic-Verses

'' Just Ask ''

I write to please,
Sometimes I don't,
Whenever I freeze,
My words say, won't.

The phenomenon is wide,
It affects us all,
But to turn the tide,
I make a call.

My invisible friend,
Inside my head,
Is not pretend,
She is well read.

Whenever I lock,
She's always there,
For writers block,
She doesn't care.

It doesn't exist,
It's all in your mind,
You must persist,
When you go blind.

You're a terrible nag,
I forcefully say,
It's in the bag,
Don't go astray.

When words appear,
She wanders off,
Then makes it clear,
I mustn't scoff.

As your mind blurs,
Ask for advice,
What then occurs,
Is clear and concise.

Others say you're mad,
That's not true,
It's not a fad,
They do it too.

So don't be afraid,
To take it to task,
To clear the blockade,
Go on,

‘' Just Ask ‘'
