This early-- morn, with my son-in-law, we went to the ------GYM,------ and i started a ride for the first time on a -----STATIONARY--BIKE------, so its a start and a ------NEW--BEGINNING,------- of a thousand miles that this mornin began with a simple twenty two, minute at the lowest speed on a -------STATIONARY---GYM---BIKE--------RIDE-----before--the------DAY---LIGHT
So -------already------, i ------HAVE-- ---SET-- ---a ------DEFINITE-----GOAL
To --get --UP--and --OUT--to--THIS-- GYM, --at ---MIDNIGHT, ---and ---to ---BE, ---on ------THIS---STATIONARY--BIKE-----and--to-----HIT----it-----NOW--maybe----TONIGHT--and--ROCK--and--ROLL
So --we --SHALL--just --WAIT, --and --SEE
If --this --mission, --quest-- and-- GOAL--, TONIGHT--BECOMES-- just ----------------TALK-------------or-- EXACT --FACT --and--REALiTY--for--ME

Well---its--TUESDAY--MORNING And i have been at the --GYM--, from --nine thirty P.!M--to Now, at 0530--early--morn--so--an--EIGHT-- HOUR----stint at the GYM, now im tierd and feel like--SLEEPING--and---SNORING All of my GOALS, i exceeded and --MET So ---thats--- a---good ----HUSTLE--,with--no-----REGRETS By john d jungers 11th--of--april--2017
