So --with --what --a --person-- FEELS---DEEP--DEEP-- -DEEP-- INSIDE
If --they --FEEL --even --the --slightest-- of --any --a --NEGATIVITY--their --FEELINGS--to --THEMSELVES-- they --will --SHUT--DOWN--SUCK--it--UP---- and ----HIDE
For --when --you --OPEN--UP--and--SPEAK
And --others --don't--care--to-- LISTEN--, it --knocks --you --down--makes--you--FEEL---SAD-, and - WEAK
A -person-, will -not -to -another --open--up--and--COMMUNICATE--RELATE----and--CONFIDE
If --they --knock --him --down, --making --him --FEEL--HURT--SHAMED--with--, LOST--PRIDE
When -another- person-, trust -you, -and -their- HEART- to -them -they -open--up--REVEAL--, and --SPEAK
Be ---careful--- to ---be ---CARING---CONSIDERATE---, COMPASSIONATE---NICE---and ---LOVING---, and ---PATIENTLY-- LISTEN,--- because--- your ---harshness---hardness---, and ---ruddiness--,with--- ignorance---,WILL-MAKE-THEM---SHUT --DOWN-------SUCK--it--UP----,-- and --WEAK
