So -im- staying -right -on -track, -as -im- up -and -moving -to -the --GYM
And --soon --my --number --four --REPEAT--PERFORMANCE-- i --PLAN--to --WIN

But ---am ---just ---FOCUSING---this ----MOMENT---, this ----DAY---on ---my--FANTASTIC--FOUR
Im -thinking -back, -to -when -i -was -a -------MARINE, -------how -me -and -another- friend, -would -get -up -at -----MIDNIGHT, -----and --Twenty----MILES----RUN
When --i --was --stationed-- in -----OKINAWA JAPAN------we --ran, --from-- our --base --camp,---- CAMP--ZUKERAN----, all --the --way --to -----CAMP-COURTNEY, -----it --was --ten --miles--there-- and-- another-- ten --miles-- a --home--and --we --did --it --just --for----a----CRAZY----CHALLENGE----and----FUN
So,--- i ---know, ----that ---im---- on ---a ----POSITIVE----ROLL
