That isn't me

Is it wrong to be in love and feel so happy?

Should I instead begin to harbour doubt and woe?

Should I acquire a jealous heart, wait in corners in

The dark, search her purse and keep an eye

On where she goes?

Is it wrong to be so calm and understanding?

Should I instead adopt a manner less serene?

Should I demand to know just who, she bumped

Into or once knew, would that make, do you think

A better man of me?

Is it wrong to be content and easy going?

Should I instead become the man I'll never be?

Should I fancy my friends wife, call adultery

Spice of life, let me tell you straight away that

Isn't me
