Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

Waiting for the night
I took a moment to think of my history
0f battles fought yet seldom won
These moments in time which have forged me
Into what man i've now become…
A creature born of bad habits
For the goodness was bled from my soul
Battered till all meaning was pointless
Never feeling or knowing control…
My siblings all danced around me
There life seemed so much different than mine
Full of laughter and crazy nights with lovers
As I crumbled to eyes that were blind…
No one could see my life drifting
Into an ocean with fierce creatures to fight
All I had was the sunrise
And now all I can wait for is night!
