 once upon a time

Once

I miss her face, it's beauty, and it's beauty lost.

Her appearance, ethereal, in nights dreams.

Would that i could hold her misty body in my arms.

I awaken, sigh mightily into the morning dawn.

Ahead lies another day, one I'm glad too have.

Rarely do i let the, if only, get too me, and then.

Ah memories crash in, singular moments of

love and harmony,as we walked and talked on

many spring mornings, moments of love long ago.

Now here I am her beauty lost forever too my dreams

I would weep, though Liz i know would say live, love,

move on, how, that question is the big, if only, unsolved.
