Poetic-Verses

'' Nothing Has Changed ''

When our mentors say yes,
View it with suspicion,
You'll end up in distress,
Do your revision.

The religious elite,
Say all life is sunny,
For them it's sweet,
As they rake in your money.

Those stars you created,
Won't give you a glance,
While they're liberated,
You're in a trance.

You're going through hell,
It doesn't make sense,
While royalty live well,
It's at your expense.

All those charity directors,
Living life to the max,
While their money collectors,
Treat you like a tax.

Politicians make the laws,
That we must obey,
But their get out clause,
Is we don't have a say.

The directorate banker,
Rich businessmen too,
Why do I feel rancour?
Our money they accrue.

The wealth of the majority,
On these thieves is wasted,
They are in the minority,
Poverty they aint tasted.

While we're left with zero,
They're stripping us bare,
The working-class hero,
Is totally unaware.

Throughout the ages,
It will leave you deranged,
We still pay their wages,

‘' Nothing has changed ‘'
