The Lord has filled me with joy,
You showed interest in me;
Because no one can destroy,
The salvation we see.
I showed but you had no chance,
For showing any passion;
Not saying need to advance,
In a spiritual fashion.
I have learned to be content,
Whatever the position;
And enduring the torment,
Nearing the opposition.
I have lived as rich and poor,
And learning how to adapt;
While living at the core,
Not feeling as being trapped.
I learned the secret to live,
With too little and too much;
But knowing God will forgive,
Who will give His gentle touch.
I can do through Jesus Christ,
Everything through His strength;
Defy what makes me enticed,
Persevering any length.
You are the one that would share,
Tribulations and trials;
Showing how much you do care,
Of immoral lifestyles.
You gave me what I needed,
And received what I gave you;
So that we have succeeded,
In the Gospel that is true.
I do not look for a gift,
Rather looking to increase;
Inspired as to uplift,
Keeping mind and heart at peace.
Communicating a scent,
Having a soothing fragrance;
To God when we repent,
Shining glory of flagrance.
