Day 1
This too shall pass.
The first day of none.
I've said to myself not to touch it,
I'm completely done.
My head is throbbing,
My cravings so weak.
I think about touching,
I just cannot sneak.
I'm done I say,
Done with the addiction.
I'm going to do this,
Is my prediction.
My coughing has increased,
My chest a sheer stress.
I'm done so done,
I will not regress.
This is only day one,
But I know I'm done.
No more of that affliction,
When I'm done... I'm done.
