When PROGRESS is slow
A person, just has to stay, patient, persistant, and preservere--on--a--slow--and--steady--POSITIVE--ROLL
Being consistent
And from giving up, staying resistant
Its a challenge great
To stay focused on a goal that is changing and rearranging your, life, living, and--love--FATE
Old bad habits, are not that easy to--CHANGE
With---new ---healthier ---positive---habits ---rearrange
When progress is slow
Just stay focused, and step by step hold you ground on a steady roll
Progress is going to eventually come
Even though right now progress has been little to none
But the weight loss game
Is really crazy and insane
Many folks, fight the battle of the bulge and fight to --positively--better--change
To eat right and fight the good fight to win the --OVER-WEIGHT--fight, and healthily--change--and----rearrange
