Well-- their-- ya --be, --and --thats --a --new --world -- personal-- best --for--- me --in --the --mile--walk--i --reckoned
So,-- with-- my --first-- timed-- mile-- walk-- on --this --past --tuesday--, of -----twenty one minutes and fifty one seconds,---- and -then- again -last-tuesday- at -------twenty minutes and thirty six second
So ---TODAY---a--new--record------ at -------sixteen minutes and fifty one seconds -----is -the- best-- one
So,-- my --knees--- bilateral---, are --pretty-- well ----disabled--damaged--and--banged --up--and --gone
So ---i ---dont ---think ---very ---far --ever -ever--ever-----can ---i ---again,--- run, ---or--- jog ---very---pain--free--and--easily --along
But, --for-- us --all,-- as --we --very --well-- know --and --understand
To --deal --with ---and --improvise --adapt --and --overcome--- whatever-- it--may-- be --and --make --a --plan,-- to --do --the --best --that-- we--can
So, my walking, has begun, and im getting up on the-GO
And -though, -compared- to -many, -and -most --am --turtle-- SLOW
So, ---i ---will, ---CONTINUE-- to --strive--and--thrive-- to --IMPROVE
And ---stay ---FOCUSED--- MOTIVATED--- DEDICATED---and----DETERMINATED-- and ---in ---the ---POSITIVE--GROOVE
We -all,- are -different,- and- in -anything, -and -in -everything, -WE--all --have --our --LIMIT
So,-- in -–your-- life --living, --and --love,-- no --matter-- what --is --your --LIMIT--set-- a --REALISTIC--, ATTAINABLE--- and--- DOABLE--- Mission--quest--and--GOAL--, and --BE--in --IT--to---WIN---IT
