Now at 0225" and im thinking to myself, im not gonna walk today, too much more
Sore and stiff
To walk today for sure the, way im a limping, their is no chance, of --IF
Stiff and sore
Im just gonna be restin today beached, out on the--SHORE
Sore, and, stiff
To feel this exhaustion and pain, from exercise--is--a--HEALTHY--GIFT
Stiff and sore
Notvery much walkin today im pretty sure
Sore and stiff
Its-pretty hard to even get up right now, i need an,--EASY--LIFT
Stiff and sore
Let me go to sleep, and get rest some more
