Poetic-Verses

'' Negativity Then Disappears ''

I'm not trying to appease,
But life's like a disease,
It's a trial, a battle of wills,
It certainly comes with no guarantees,
Nor can it be cured by the magic of pills.

Yes, it's true,
What happens to you,
Is determined in the main by fate,
But you have control over what you next do,
Remember life isn't served on a plate.

Looking to blame,
As an excuse it's lame,
Be responsible for all your actions,
Your honour and integrity you must never defame,
Don't live your life by distractions.

Whenever you fall,
There's no need to crawl,
Stand up and show you're not a quitter,
That's when you'll feel ten feet tall,
There no point in ever being bitter.

Show hatred the door,
It's truly a chore,
It's a heavy load on your shoulders,
With love and compassion engage in rapport,
It's easier than carrying large boulders.

Some people are curt,
You will get hurt,
How you react will determine what's ahead,
You're an individual not a piece of dirt,
Go where the angels won't tread.

Life's for you to control,
Your talents extol,
Let no one dare drag you under,
Let those you trust play a role,
Your individuality let nobody plunder.

Shout out, ‘' I am me ‘'
Let the world see,
That life for you holds no fears,
By ensuring your spirit remains ever free,

‘' Negativity Then Disappears ‘'
