But had second thoughts
The weather so strange this year
First it was non stop rain
Now nonstop sunshine
The hills are alive
with burning timbers
Homes are being destroyed
National parks threatened by fire
Water bill is soaring
The weeds devouring flowers
I saw this lady selling her home
She said I can't stand this rain
I am going home to California
Good luck it may burn down before you get there
No i won't bore you with the weather
Can't go outside anyway
The air is alive with gang fired bullets
Three or four killings a week
I hear it--but do lives really matter?
In these insane wars over drug control
Constant wars and bickering
I don't blame God for wanting no part
of all this insanity
Oh. and the weather
If there is nothing more
to write about
I'll get off the computer
