Valerie

You’ve felt the rains anguish
Lost yourself in life
Felt tears stain your conscience
As you walked through life disguised
You wore a faded smile
Worn out so long ago
Wounds so raw and crusted
Where did you place your soul?
Sometimes you still walk,
Head down as if in shame
Don’t waver from God's love
He never places blame
Piano notes,softening your heart
 Breaking the storm inside
Breathing, heaving deep you sob
Exhausted from so many lies
You are now free at last
To stand in light of truth
Child of the highest God
Stand tall in fortitude

For my sister Valerie,
Stay strong, I Love You!

  I Love You Lord!!
