Never be afraid,
God has reclaimed you;
And He renders aid,
For helping you through.
God called you by name,
As being His own;
Forgiving your shame,
You are not alone.
Going through the sea,
The Lord is with you;
As safe as can be,
For to continue.
Going through rivers,
Not be swept away;
Stopping cold shivers,
That you cause to stray.
Walking through fire,
You will not be burned;
What you require,
God gives what you learned.
The Lord our God,
And the Holy One;
Savior for to laud,
For what He has done.
You are dear to Him,
Honored and loves you;
Wants you not as grim,
Being sad or blue.
He paid a ransom,
He paid for your life;
Paid in full the sum,
Your sin causing strife.
Do not be afraid,
The Lord is with you;
Rescued where you stray,
Everlasting through.
