I have never been in a Hurricane
So my fear is for you my friends
My friend was driving
We spun out going 70 miles an hour
The guard rail went over a cliff
I read the headlines as we hit
My life had ended going to college
The guard rail threw us inside
And everything was silent for several minutes
We heard the sputtering of a plane engine
The wheels touched the roof of our house
The plane went up in flames and crashed
A mile up the road and thirteen military men died
So yes I know fear be safe my friends
The building shook and pavement rose and dropped
It was a "7" scale earthquake in Seattle
Mom was trapped third floor in an elevator
They came to school to let us know she was safe
I have flipped 360 in a hydroplane
It was shortly after seize fire and uneasy peace
Wrong way were a half mile into North Korea
Armed soldiers lead us back to safety
I remember watching the horror of 9-11
I can only hope you are all safe
I ambulanced my best friends body to the hospital
He died instantly in an auto crash
I was the Corpsman on duty
Life is so precious so be safe my friends
In this I pray for your safety
