Feelings between Friends
There is an Angel for each of my friends
Watching and sharing what they do.
Sometimes when we fall, they lend us a hand,
And sometimes Angels cry too.
They hold a candle when we walk in the dark,
And shelter us from the night.
Then if we ask them to show us the way,
They lead as a guiding light.
I once sat in complete despair
and prayed to the One above
He showed me what I could share
And calmed me with his love.
I want you to know the love that I feel,
When someone mentions your name.
And if I should pass before we meet,
I hope you will feel the same.
