From the Heart Through the Pen

yosph

I admire and when

I can't take my eyes away

The reason...

I'm fumbling through

Areas where I used to hold my head high

Heavy sigh in my heart

Been awhile since gravity's been defied

Folks say don't worry

They know not this plight

How long before I'm made

How long before the facade fades

Still lives I wouldn't trade anything for

She still owns my core

Faith the size of a mustard seed

Multiply that by four billion

Trillion but I can't lie...there may be more

They keep trying to disprove

No one said this road would be smooth

It doesn't matter it's texture

As long as it leads back to you

What a move she made

Too quick to anticipate

I'm in love

Feelings I won't escape nor erase

Will she be able to aid their existence

Or is she just trying to extinct them

Making sense at times not my forte

Still writing to get liberated

Just so I can be where

She can keep me captivated

It will always be you....
