you remember the good -great-and-grand-times --as--well, as the times of hurts pains troubles and STRIFE
If we all could go back in time and some things --do --better ,--and. --Right. --and----positively--CHANGE
i believe each. one of us would most likely at least one thing, event, or ,mistake ,or another wish to erase or.-REARRANGE
The---OLDER--- that we GET
we think about our life living and LOVE, and wish to make PEACE--and--AMENDS and not to carry any a--bad-sad-REGRET
Looking BACK-address all of the baggage so as you can move forward fast on ATTACK
MOTIVATED and FOCUSED , and staying on the POSITIVE--Right--TRACK
How ever---OLD--- it is that you have become
where ever that you, --are --improvise --adapt --and-- overcome--get-FIT- get-MOTIVATED- and --get -WITH--IT-- on -the-- move --crawl-- walk --jog --and --RUN--enjoy--your--LIFE--have--FUN
