Yesterday at the gym i met this very fit and sharp elderly--MAN
he was poised and confident positive upbeat,-- highly--MOTIVATED-- and stood short maybe five foot seven ,when he got up and walked away to--STAND
As he was talking to another gentleman, friend, while we all were sweating in the HOT sauna the other DAY
i stopped him before he went out the door, and i said to him ---SIR---i -would ---LOVE, --to shake your hand you look like you are--SIXTEEN,--and-- you are a CHAMPION,-- in--every way and i admire you and i need to get some of your --------POSITIVE---ENERGY--and--MOTIVATION,------- then he shook my hand very --STRONGLY-/ and -very -very-very---FIRMLY----and--HE--LOOKED--at--ME--STRAIGHT--IN--THE----E-Y-E-S--with--a--sweet----E-A-R--TO--E-A-R--GRIN--and-softly-spoke-directly-to-me--and--S-A-I-D--you--KNOW--IM--------E-I-G-H-T-Y--F-i-V-E---------and--he----humbly---SMILED--and--with-his-head-up-high----PROUDLY---WALKED--AWAY
After --HE---departed
i was very interested in him and the conversation with his friend at length --STARTED
I found out and learned
that this very sharp and fit elderly gentleman had become the FITTEST and the BEST. and STRONGEST and --FASTEST--RUNNER-- in age group here in the -----STATE--of--NEVADA. --and--that--PROUD--title--HE---EARNED
He runs-- MARATHONS,-- and any and every and any R-A-C-E-- that--HE--CAN----ENTER
because FIRST-IN- his --AGE-GROUP-- he -----WINS--W-I--N--S--WINS----- and --nobody --is ---even -even--even--C-L-O-S-E--to--beat-and-defeat--him--and--endure--for----SURE
Really a GREAT-GREAT-GREAT---MAGNIFICENT--OUTSTANDING--ACHIEVEMENT-- and ---accomplishment
with health longevity and great-- HEART, --and -FITNESS --this---85----year,--OLD-- gentleman, here--REPRESENTS
His friend stated to me even at age--85--he, is not SLOWING--D-O-W-N
as--seven,days a weak,--day-in-day-out- for --FOUR- HOURS-- a day he is-at-- the gym or--RUNNING--running--RUNNING-----A-R-O-U-N-D
As, this morning, that elderly --MOTIVATED--FIT--eighty-five-year-old------Y--O--U--N--G-YOUNG--Y-O-U-N-G-----FELLA
HE--is--in--MY-----HEART-heart-HEART--and--MIND---and---when---I---GROW---UP---I--WANT---TO---BE---EXACTLY---JUST---AS----MOTIVATED--GRINNING--SWEET--and--SMILING--C-H-A-M-P-I-O-N---and--ELITE---as---HE---i-just-wanta-to--TELL-YA
