I consider the suffering,
Insignificant as compared;
To the glory of buffering,
Revealing soon that will be shared.
All creation eagerly waits,
For God to finally reveal;
The children coming through the gates,
With a lavish spiritual zeal.
Subjected to much frustration,
It was never by its own choice;
Giving the hope of creation,
Because it had a free-will voice.
No matter of its bravery,
It would be set free to decay;
No longer under slavery,
Rebelliously to disobey.
Go share the glorious freedom,
That the children of God receive;
Once they have entered the Kingdom,
Only if they truly believe.
We know that all of creation,
Groans with the pains of childbirth;
Ever since time of formation,
Of this place as called planet earth.
Not only does creation groan,
But also the Holy Spirit;
Because the gift has not been shown,
Each one what they will inherit.
Groan inwardly and outwardly,
Since anticipation is great;
We feel a little awkwardly,
Because we eagerly await.
We were saved with a hope in mind,
Freeing our bodies from sin;
But we are spiritually blind,
Because of corruption within.
Who hopes for what cannot be seen,
The Spirit helps where we are weak;
Strengthens us in what we have been,
Through the daily prayer that we seek.
