So,----M-O-V-E-M-E-N-T---MOTIVATION---M-O-M-E-N-T-U-M---, and----EXERCISE
will, now give----ME---GREAT----rewards---and---PROGRESS----to,-- my----SURPRISE
It has taken DISCIPLINE, SUPREME
to, reach for this weight loss , and goal to reach and attain--199--below--four-hundred--below--three-hundred--and--to--be------------BELOW----------two-Hundred-------------is----my----mission---,quest---, goal-----and----now---towards---the----END----and------finally-FINALLY-finally-----------thirty-four-days-------AWAY-----from--my-life,living,, and --LOVE,----- REALITY----and-------DREAM-baby--DREAM------and, when,-i--DO, accomplish-- this ---DREAM,--i--will --show --FOLKS-- who are --struggling-- with --every-other-addictions--and---their weight--that, any mission, quest and goal, set that ---ANYTHING--and --EVERYTHING---it's ---POSSIBLE-----IF---YOU---THINK---THAT---YOU---CAN----and--well--than---you--JUST--very--well---MIGHT---and--that's--half--the--fight--to-----FIRST-and-FOREMOST----really----BELIEVE-----in----YOU-----------and----------IF-YOU-CAN------BELIEVE-IT--------YOU-CAN-And-WILL--ACHIEVE----IT-----and----your--every--EVERY--every-----GREATNESS---and--GLORY----or--every----STORY-------and----everything--EVERYTHING--everything----is----POSSIBLE------through--a--DREAM---------and-------nothing--NOTHING--nothing------is-----IMPOSSIBLE------it------SEEMS
