WINE AND GATES

Look Upon These, And Know A Friend

Sincerely a day with song
And dance, to know a half of urges
So sung for, the twist of sight among
To keep a few, and lose the risen world of what was heard

Brows of unity to form, the stir and smirk of distance
To seek a new word with the wise, to know a gallant hope
In the skill of life, to other's is our future, for relenting
To seem once more the comparison of life, in a question we cope

How is a raging half of knowing not, the needs of another?
Like the moon, the shadow of complexity has its house, the till
Of worthier smiles in the readied heed, we come to know and bother
For a silent reproach to the door, where so much has happened, still...

Senses that approve, of ourselves
To the extant of common love, to see the drive of the day
Become the sharing eye's of the admonished night, as if soul's
Of courage should, the many in sight of mights to come, with fate

A home in the way we were, the cold conscience of simplicity
To accept the days duress if not blessing, to the same of time
As if a war in heaven is no place for a bird of sated implicity
Continued grace for a friend and the stone of compassion, for the rest of trying

Now and never, the face of unity at the door
To seem a living hour, of comprehended acts and the excuse of dry minds with a wet passion
To see the future in your eye's, to calm a force of disdain, that has no hold or
Finish of life's love's, in the name of consideration found, by the will's so lasting

Have and hold, to held since haven'ts
The work of mightier eye's to compell, the walk of life with a new truth
In the same house, in the same mind, in the same hands as spirit's of kin's
To seek once among many, the turn of fear and benignness, into a new youth...
