is ,- the -----best-BEST-best-----healing---MEDICINE------for,our own, --WELLBEING--, HEALTH--FITNESS--, WEALTH--, and ---L-O-N-G-E-V-I-T-Y---when -we -are ---GEREROUS--COMPASSIONATE--UNDERSTANDING-------LOVING-loving-LOVING----TRUE,-- and --caring
Meaness will only catch up to you, and give you -----DEEP,-DEEP--DEEP-- regret
so, as with this, as we all know to be true, especially the older and wiser -that-we-get--too,--if-- our mean, unkind, and hard, ruthless hurtful ways we change --and--rearrange---NOT,---2- DEEP-D-E-E-P-DEEP-----regrets ---were attracting to ourselves and regrets we are gonna ---derervingly--In -return. --Get
