My special angel

Of all the angels I have known

There's only one to which I'd own

She came and stole my heart away

And still she has it to this day

***

Softly I touched her perchance I might

Wake, so tender her body, so gentle her

Face. Just being near her was lucky enough

But to find that she loved me was prayers

Answered stuff

Quietly I watched as the moon blessed the

Sun, in fear I might wake to find that she'd

Gone. A heavenly gift of the most precious

Kind, I pray that God's need is not greater

Than mine

So I woke and I found she was still by my

Side, now a mother of two each breast

Occupied. The doctors were pleased that

She'd come through the night, what more

Can I say? I thank God she's all right
