How many tunnels are there from En Shi
to Ye San Guan? I say it's thirteen.
While passing through those tunnels, the lights generate
decimal points in an infinite loop. I often wonder
in a trance whether such lights take me to the future
or back into history
While taking a lift to work, I daydream
being brought to heaven or
into the ground
So odd that a short travel in a lift
makes me ponder a tunnel; yet I have never
think of lifts while passing tunnels,
though it has been so many times,
and so long they are.
