Breakfast for two
Your body reacted, your blouse told the truth
In the same store together, did he see, did he look?
You know that he did, couldn't miss when you blushed
Romance on the cards, will he ask? Hope he does
The checkout was messy, a sugar bag split
The cornflakes burst open and so did the milk
Embarrassment high, couldn't think what to do
'Til a soft voice behind whispered 'breakfast for two?'
A knight on a white horse, a gent through and through
Took care of your shopping and took care of you
Out in the car park two trolleys caressed
Made plans for the future, exchanged their address
