no matter what it is stay on a POSITIVE, progressive roll
Set an attainable GOAL
not to far up and beyond, because the farther away,their always are unforeseen, events happenings and OBSTACLES
Wait not for--NEW-YEARS-EVE
to start fresh and new with a new GOAL, to achieve and in yourself change and rearrange and--BELiEVE--that--you--can--ACHIEVE
Because we all know the story of New Years --Resolutions--with-- our every problems with, new--GOALS--as. Solution--for--WHEN-WE-SET-OURGOALS-TOO-TOO-TOO--H-I-G-H
its DEVASTATING, when we, have set back upset and failure and it makes us cry, and very-VERY-very--sadly--SIGH
So,--RIGHT-- here and --RIGHT-- now set a very very very--short and realistic--HOLLISTIC--attainable--doable--GOAL
just drink--six--glasses--or--Water--set--a--GOAL--and--accomplish,--------IT--------and--GET-ON-THE-POSITIVE-----R-O-L-L
Then the very--NEXT--day with,your--MOTIVATION--and--POSITIVE--M-O-M-E-N-TU-M--in,,perfect--PLACE
set a very short attainable realistic,doable GOAL, as to walk back and forth in your place for thirty minutes--complete--and, do it minute --BY,--MINUTE-at--your--own--successful----PACE
Every GOAL--SET
will build greater and greater CONFIDENCE--when--MET
And like a snow ball rolling down a--MINNESOTA--HILL
Every GOAL, that is SET, and MET, will BE-YOUR--PRIDE--EXCITEMENT--DELIGHTMENT--JOY--and--GREAT-great-GREAT--T-H-R-I-L-L
