and ahead of me, much more self discipline-sacrifice-focus and commitment, with ------P-O-S-I-T-I-V-E--MOTIVATION-------and----------MOMENTUM----------I, know-where--I-want--------TO--BE------as-My-life, living, and--LOVE----R-E-A-L-I-T-Y
So as with all things great and small
with positive--enrergy--we--have --to--breath by breath, attack it all
The weight ---LOSS,---progress--- that I have made --I --DO--realize
BUT-but-BUT---- S-T-I-L-L--still--S-T-I-L-L---ahead--a --long --L-O-N-G--long---HARD-TWISTING-BUMPY-LUMPY-WINDING-GRINDING-----ROCKY-ROCKY-ROCKY----difficult--and--CHALLENGING----road-----of--sacrifice-loyalty-and--discipline-with, --F--O--C--U--S-----and--COMMITMENT--just----minute-by-minute-----ahead---of--MEs-----Lies
