What ever we are TODAY
its because of the HABITS and the routines that we --DO, --and --KEEP, --every --breath, of--every--DAY
What ever you do today as -Choice -of --routine--and--HABIT
in the Comng New Year,--if it's a bad HABIT change and Rearrange, if it's a GOOD, HABIT--KEEP-IT
What ever we are today it's because of our CHOICES, either good or bad
strong or weak, happy or SAD
Our-- daily HABITS, and CHOICES
will, give us failures or success, at it's best with REJOICES
The CHOICES and HABITS of yesterday and yesteryear
are the results of good bad or ugly---HABITS-- --just what where why and when we are this very very breath right here right this minute now straight up and crystal CLEAR
Take a hard look at yourself and the CHOICES and the HABITS that you MAINTAIN
the bottom line for me for you for us and we,is we have the power, to change for the better and rearrange,, or we can--keep the same old same old same old, negative and bad --UNHEALTHY--CHOICES--and--HABITS--and--stay--the--EXACT--SAME
Our CHOICES and HABITS will determine just who we BECOME
in our life, living, and--LOVE--with our health fitness , longevity, as a result of if we lay still, sit up, stand up, move about walk and walk and jog, and--RUN--baby--RUN, and--RUN--like-the--WIND--just-FOR--FUN
In our life living, and LOVE
our every small and great --CHOICES and HABITS-- if it's good great and grand--KEEP, it--if it's bad sad and weak, and unhealthy,---JUST--Loose--IT
our--CHOICES--will, determine--if we are good bad or ugly--WEAK--Or--FIT
