No one can cancel your will,
Or add conditions to it;
Temptations try to instill,
The outcome of your merit.
The promises had been spoken,
Through Scripture citing to One;
That hope is not unbroken,
Through the coming of the Son.
What is the aim of the Law?
Through Moses that was given;
Will it erase any flaw?
A free ticket to Heaven.
No mediator was used,
When one person is involved;
But has justice been abused,
Or compassion be evolved.
Unthinkable to conflict,
To the Law that we receive;
That maybe it contradict,
With the faith that you believe.
God approves if we obey,
But from the power of sin;
Temptations do make us stray,
That has corrupted within.
Based on faith in Jesus Christ,
Given to those who believe;
Shielded from being enticed,
When Satan tries to deceive.
Faith keeps us under control,
Which will come and be revealed;
As guardian of your soul,
That is acting as your shield.
God chose you as His child,
By your faith in Jesus Christ;
Although you are defiled;
Temptation that has enticed.
If to Christ you do belong,
Then truly you are an heir;
And your seed will remain strong,
A transformation to share.
