Cold windy and rainy
today it's the same chilliness, as yesterday I see
The news continues to report
record numbers of this years danger over, the FLU, Epidemic attacking young and old folks of every walk of life and SORT
So to combat and Beat,this FLU Epidemic
all, of the little detailed precautions stay proactive, and just to a solid routine of care concern and precaution stick
The last thing that you want to do
is to get sick and knocked down with this coughing hacking congested --sick-sick-siick--FLU
So plenty of Fluids and good warm, dressed REST
and take care of yourself Nutritionally, with hot teas hot chicken soup, with veggies and noodles I know it's the BEST
Cover your head with a stocking cap
dont let the cold wind and rain, chill you with zap
Even a little draft
can knock down the tallest Giffaffe, with this FLU Epidemic and just put them down with cough and cough and congestion, EXHAUSTING, Lingering--Sick-FLU--ZAP
